Psychotherapyit is a journey of self-knowledge, a journey into the present and the past, together with an attentive guide completely dedicated to us. Following in our footsteps is useful for understanding how we got here and how we want to continue our journey. 

Borrowed from an ancient Buddhist meditation tradition, Mindfulness has spread in the Western world in all areas and is offering a new way of approaching one's mental states and one's emotional world. A more welcoming and accepting way towards oneself and towards others 

The practice of Yoga purifies and strengthens the mind. Going through the work on the body and on the breath the mind calms down, regulates itself and it prepares to a deeper understanding 

Taijinquan and Qigong are physical practices that help a rebalance energies, regenerating the body to make it flexible and adaptable to daily life.
